OVERVIEW I am skilled at developing and marketing consumer product offerings. I’ve achieved sustainable results by creating strategic marketing plans, which integrate with corporate goals and core competencies. My experience includes launching new products and services, reinvigorating existing consumer offerings, and designing operational structures to support and achieve revenue plans. EXPERIENCE I have 17 years of corporate leadership experience as well as 7 years of entrepreneurial successes. My key strengths are in strategic marketing, product launch and branding, tactical business and operations planning, and sales development. In addition, I have experience in developing start-up companies in the consumer products and medical industries and have been able to help them achieve strong and sustainable results. In corporate leadership, I worked at BP/ARCO where I held various leadership roles in operations, project management, food service category management, and corporate branding. In my most current roles, I led development, launch, and advertising plans for national food service and hot beverage programs accounting for $130MM in annual sales. In addition, I lead a $168MM re-branding and redesign initiative for US-based retail locations which harmonized branding and construction design across North America, Europe, and Australia. As an entrepreneur, I’ve had the pleasure of starting companies independently, and as a co-founder. Each has delivered success within their respective strategies. At my marketing consultancy, Vidicle Brand Development, I’ve had the opportunity to help companies achieve their goals by securing start-up financing, launching new products, and developing strategic marketing plans. At Proclaim Physician Services, which I co-founded, we took a company from concept to achieving annual revenue, which exceeded expectations. Serving as President, I provided leadership and corporate oversight for 46 amazing employees and over 50 successful clients. As part of a strategic growth plan, I led development and launch of two affiliate companies as well as a community clinic. In addition, I served as Director of a medical industry Political Action Committee, which was instrumental in influencing favorable legislative decisions toward the healthcare sector. PASSION Beyond my business experience, I’m passionate about serving others and supporting charitable causes. I’m fortunate to be able to participate in various ministry efforts in a range of capacities as a willing participant in Wrapped in Love Ministries, Feeding the Needs, and Path of Life, to serving as a board member at Sylvia’s Serenity. In 2015, my wife and I launched Covenant Design, which provides financial support for charitable causes through the sale of my original photography paired with inspirational messages, which are printed on gallery-quality aluminum.
